Healthy Eating Schedule
Everyday we make choices in regards to what we should put in our bodies. Sometimes those choices are good but often not so good. It's not easy to make healthy choices especially if you are unsure of what you should or shouldn't eat. When You bring GOD into your healthy eating, it changes everything. Striving to honor him in your food or drink choices will bring not only a heart change, but it'll also change your choices.

So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the Glory of God.
1 CORINTHIANS 10:31
Day 1- Saturday 6pm- Sunday 6pm
Chicken, Turkey Lamb, Venison, Fish, Beef one time a week, salad Includes all dressings (no bacon bits) Nuts & seeds, eggs, vegetables, fruit, Potatoes, Pasta, Bread, Rice, Water, 100 percent Juice, Coffee, Tea
Day 2- Cleansing Sunday 6p- Monday 6pm
Water Only. It will be tough. But make an effort to drink WATER ONLY for as many meals as you can and work your way up.
Day 3- Monday 6pm- Tuesday 6pm
Salad, Fruit, Dairy Yogurt (less sugar read the label), Smoothie drink with greens and fruit, Water, 100 Percent juice. NO BREAD OR MEAT
Day 4- Tuesday 6pm- Wednesday 6pm
Salad, Fruit, Dairy Yogurt (less sugar read the label), Smoothie drink with greens and fruit, Water, 100 Percent juice. NO BREAD OR MEAT
Day 5- Wednesday 6pm- Thursday 6pm
Fish (scales & fins only), Water, 100 percent juice, Salad, cooked vegetables, Fruit, Bread, NO OTHER MEAT
Day 6- Thursday 6pm- Friday 6pm
Fish (scales & fins only), Water, 100 percent juice, Salad, cooked vegetables, Fruit, Bread, NO OTHER MEAT
Day 7- Friday 6pm- Saturday 6pm
